
So apparently my mom and Amber are exchanging cupcake recipes in the comments here (see the cupcake post of last week.) The recipe my mom posted looked really familiar; it was her classic recipe that I ate while growing up. Thought I deeded to give it a try. As it turns out; I was out of all-purpose flour, so used cake flour instead, which gave it a finer crumb. A little leftover cream cheese frosting, and we're there...
